1. The service agreement
Fluxor Media provides YouTube content systems for founders and coaches, including strategy, scripting, production, publishing and funnel services listed in the accepted proposal. The proposal confirms deliverables, volume, fees, schedule, approvals and responsibilities before work begins. These terms, the delivery policy and refund policy form part of that agreement.
2. Ordering, fees and payment
Start with a consultation. We then provide a written proposal identifying the services, quantities, delivery milestones, price, currency, applicable taxes, billing schedule and any third party costs. You can review the proposal and these policies before accepting. Booking a consultation does not place an order or authorise a charge. After acceptance, we issue an invoice and confirm onboarding. Services are delivered digitally; there are no shipping charges.
The default for standalone projects is 50% upfront and 50% before final delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Ongoing packages use the billing schedule in the proposal. Currency, total fees, due dates and applicable taxes are identified before payment. Payment methods, including cards where offered, appear on the invoice. There is no automatic recurring charge without your authorisation. If recurring billing is agreed, its amount or calculation, frequency, start date and cancellation procedure must be disclosed and accepted before the first charge. A scope or price change requires written agreement before it is billed. We provide an invoice or payment confirmation for each payment.
Third party software, hosting and advertising costs require advance approval. We do not add undisclosed costs. A zero-call free extension carries no service fee.
Use only the payment instructions on your agreed invoice. We collect payment for our own contracted services. We do not collect or hold your customers' money. Do not send full card details, security codes or banking passwords through project messages.
3. Client participation
You supply accurate information and materials you have the right to use, record agreed footage, provide timely approvals and maintain agreed booking availability. You are responsible for the truthfulness of your business claims and handling sales calls. We agree audience criteria and tracking before launch.
4. Production and publishing
We follow the approved scope and content schedule. Revisions within that scope are included without a numerical limit. Scope changes need written agreement. Publishing requires approval or an agreed standing instruction. Platform outages or account restrictions are communicated promptly and addressed through a documented schedule update where necessary.
5. Ownership and confidentiality
Your business accounts remain yours. Once paid in full, you receive rights to agreed final deliverables, subject to third party licences. Our pre-existing tools, templates and methods remain ours. Editable source files are included only when agreed. We obtain permission before using non-public client work, messages or identifying details in our marketing. Both parties must protect confidential project information and use it only for the agreed purpose.
6. The zero-call commitment
Eligible complete YouTube system packages include our 90 + 30 day commitment: zero qualified calls during the first 90 days after launch means 30 additional days of the same service free. If there are still zero qualified calls after that extension, we refund the service fees paid for the first 90 days of that package. Approved third party charges and standalone services are excluded.
The full refund policy defines launch, qualified calls, participation, documented pauses and claim handling. It controls this commitment and overrides ordinary exclusions for completed work. It does not promise sales, revenue, viral reach or a fixed call volume. Past client experiences are not predictions.
7. Cancellation and concerns
Request cancellation or raise a concern through the agreed project channel or by phone. The refund policy explains payment reconciliation and remedies. We aim to acknowledge concerns within 2 business days and provide a clear written outcome. We confirm the cancellation date, any remaining agreed charges, the handover and any refund due. No new billing period is charged after an effective cancellation, except amounts already owed for accepted services. Contacting us does not remove your right to contact your payment provider or use remedies available under applicable law.
8. Rights and responsibility
Each party remains responsible for its own obligations. No term limits rights, liabilities or remedies that applicable law does not permit us to exclude. Any limitation in a proposal must not remove the published zero-call refund commitment. If a term is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply.
9. Changes
The version accepted with your proposal applies to that engagement. Later website updates do not silently change an existing agreement. Material changes to scope or terms require agreement in writing.
