What we deliver
Our complete YouTube system can include audience and offer research, strategy, topics, scripts, video editing, thumbnails, titles, descriptions, publishing, booking funnel setup and ongoing review. Your written proposal identifies exactly which deliverables are included and how many are due. It also confirms the start date, delivery milestones, approval deadlines and any client inputs required for each stage.
Onboarding and launch
We confirm your offer, target audience, recording process, brand assets, approval workflow, calendar and access needs. We agree the content schedule and the date the first video and booking journey will go live. The zero-call commitment begins at that confirmed launch, as described in the refund policy.
Your part in delivery
You supply accurate business information, authorised footage and brand materials, agreed recordings, timely feedback and approvals. You remain responsible for your offer, availability, sales conversations and client follow-up. We explain access requirements before asking you to grant them.
Schedules and turnaround
Ongoing packages follow the written production and publishing calendar. Standard standalone video editing with a matching thumbnail has a 48-hour target after the complete brief and footage are received, unless a different timeframe is agreed. Complex edits, script development, funnel builds and larger batches have separate milestones. This target does not mean an entire YouTube system will launch within 48 hours.
Approvals, publishing and revisions
We send scripts and creative work through the agreed approval process. We publish only with your approval or an agreed standing instruction. Unlimited revisions are included within the approved scope. Added deliverables, a new recording or a substantial change of direction may require an updated quote and timeline.
Account access and ownership
Your channel, domain, calendar and other business accounts remain yours. Use delegated roles where the platform supports them. Do not send passwords or two-factor recovery codes in ordinary project messages. Funnel hosting, software subscriptions and any third party licences are identified in the proposal.
Digital handover
Files are delivered through the agreed shared workspace or secure download link. Publishing and funnel work are delivered to the accounts agreed with you. Final exports and included assets are handed over after the applicable payment. Editable project files are included when stated in the proposal. There is no physical shipping or physical delivery charge. We notify you through the agreed project channel when files, uploads or funnel milestones are ready. Delivery does not by itself mean you have approved the work. If a link is inaccessible, a file is missing or a deliverable differs from the agreed scope, contact us so we can restore access or address the issue.
Support after delivery
Report access issues or delivery concerns through your agreed project channel or by phone. We aim to acknowledge them within 2 business days and confirm the next step and expected timeline. Ongoing hosting, maintenance or additional content is included only where stated in your proposal.
Delays and service continuity
We communicate delivery issues and agree an updated schedule. Pauses and their effect on the call-commitment dates are documented. At cancellation or completion, we explain the handover, outstanding deliverables and removal of our access.
