Who this policy covers

Fluxor Media, owned by Muhammad Uzair, provides YouTube content and funnel services. This policy describes how we handle information from website visitors, prospective clients and clients.

Information we receive

We may receive your name, business and contact details, enquiries, billing references and project messages. Service delivery may involve scripts, recordings, brand assets, channel analytics, approval records and authorised access to your channel or funnel. To measure bookings, we may process relevant lead names, booking details, source information and agreed qualification responses.

How we use it

We use information to answer enquiries, prepare proposals, deliver the agreed services, schedule and publish approved content, attribute bookings, review call-commitment claims, handle payments and refunds, and maintain required business records. We use lead information only for the agreed client purpose and do not sell personal information.

This website and external services

This website has no contact form, embedded testimonial video or advertising pixel. It uses Google Fonts, which may receive technical information such as your IP address when fonts load. The hosting provider may keep technical access logs. Booking links take you to Calendly, whose privacy terms apply to information you submit there.

Client funnels may use different forms, calendars or analytics. Their data collection and notices are agreed during setup. This policy does not replace the privacy notice a client needs for their own business.

Sharing and payments

We share relevant information with people and providers involved in hosting, storage, communications, production, scheduling, payment processing and administration. Authorised team members may access project files to perform the agreed work. We may also disclose information where legally required.

Payments are handled by the provider identified on the invoice or payment page. Fluxor Media does not store full payment card numbers or card security codes. Do not send these details through phone messages or project conversations. We may retain invoice references, payment status and refund records for accounting and support. Providers may process data in countries other than yours, subject to applicable requirements.

Security and retention

We use reasonable access controls and safeguards, and prefer delegated permissions over shared passwords. No system can guarantee absolute security. We keep information as needed to deliver services, resolve concerns and meet legal record requirements. At the end of a project, we agree the handover and remove access no longer needed, subject to records we must retain.

Your choices

Where applicable, you may request access, correction or deletion of personal information or raise a concern about its use. Contact us by phone or through your existing project channel. We may verify your identity before responding, using only the information reasonably needed. Where applicable, you can also object to certain uses of your information, request restriction or portability, withdraw consent for processing based on consent, or raise a complaint with the appropriate privacy authority. Withdrawing consent does not invalidate earlier lawful processing. Requests concerning a client’s leads may need to be directed to that client.

Changes

We update this policy when practices change and display the revision date. Material project-specific changes are communicated through the agreed project channel.
