A simple overview
For an eligible complete YouTube system: zero qualified calls in the first 90 days means 30 more days of the same service free. If there are still zero qualified calls after that month, we refund the first 90 days of eligible service fees.
The 90 + 30 day zero-call commitment
This commitment applies to the complete YouTube content and booking funnel package identified in your written proposal. It does not apply to standalone editing, scripts, design or other separate services.
- First 90 days: we deliver the agreed system from the recorded launch date.
- If zero qualified calls are booked: we continue the same agreed service for 30 additional days without charging a service fee.
- If still zero after that extension: we refund all service fees paid for the first 90 days of the eligible package. There is no deduction for work already performed under this commitment.
Approved third party charges, such as hosting, software or advertising paid to external providers, are excluded from this service-fee refund. Any such cost must be disclosed and approved before it is incurred. There is no service fee for the free extension.
What counts as a qualified call?
A genuine booking from a new potential client who matches the target audience criteria agreed in writing before launch and comes through the agreed YouTube content and booking path. Test bookings, spam, duplicates, existing clients, cancellations and no-shows do not count. A call does not have to become a sale. We cannot change the agreed qualification criteria after launch to avoid the commitment.
Launch, tracking and participation
The 90-day period starts on the launch date confirmed in writing, when the first agreed video and booking funnel are live and agreed tracking works. It does not start when you pay. We use booking records, source tracking and relevant channel information to review results at day 90 and again after the 30-day extension.
To remain eligible, pay agreed invoices on time, supply agreed recordings and materials, provide approvals by agreed deadlines, maintain the content and booking path, and keep agreed appointment availability. Responsibilities and deadlines must be recorded in your proposal.
If missing client materials, access or a client-requested pause prevents delivery, we document the interruption and share revised dates. A minor delay does not automatically cancel eligibility. Delays caused by Fluxor Media do not remove the commitment or justify additional fees. We flag material participation issues promptly and give you a reasonable opportunity to resolve them.
This commitment is a defined service extension and refund remedy for zero qualified calls. It does not promise a particular number of calls, closed sales, revenue, subscriber growth or platform reach.
Cancellation before work starts
You may cancel before work begins. If no services have been performed and no approved third party costs have been incurred, your payment is refunded in full. If external costs were approved and already incurred, we provide an itemised record.
Cancellation after work starts
Contact us through the agreed project channel or by phone. We stop further work as agreed, account for completed services and approved external costs, and refund prepaid service fees for work not performed. Completed work is charged at the agreed allocation or rate, not an undisclosed cancellation penalty. Any notice period for an ongoing package must be disclosed before payment.
Cancellation before the 90-day period and free extension are completed is handled under ordinary cancellation terms, rather than the zero-call commitment. This does not affect a refund already due or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Billing errors and duplicate payments
If an invoice or payment appears incorrect, contact us with the invoice reference and the date and amount of the payment. We investigate duplicate or incorrect charges and refund any confirmed overpayment to the original payment method. You do not need to complete the 90-day service period to report a billing error.
Quality concerns and revisions
Tell us promptly if a deliverable does not match the agreed scope. Revisions within that scope are included without a fixed numerical limit. We first work to correct the issue. If the agreed service cannot be delivered, we review the affected fees for an appropriate refund. A new direction or added deliverable requires a separate agreement.
How to request a refund
Use your agreed project communication channel or call +1 520 542 4316. Provide your name, project and invoice reference, and the reason for your request. For a zero-call claim, include relevant booking records so we can reconcile them with the agreed tracking. We will not ask for your account password or full card number.
We aim to acknowledge requests within 2 business days and provide a decision within 7 business days of receiving the necessary information. If more information is needed, we explain what is missing. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of the decision. Your bank or provider may take additional time to display the credit. We send confirmation when the refund is issued. If the original payment method cannot receive the refund, we coordinate a verified alternative with you and the payment provider; we do not redirect refunds to an unrelated third party.
Digital services and returns
Our services are delivered digitally, so there are no physical goods to ship back. The cancellation and refund rules above apply to the contracted services. Any mandatory cancellation or refund rights under applicable law take priority.
Your rights
The zero-call commitment takes priority over ordinary exclusions for completed work. Nothing in this policy removes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
